Electroless Nickel and Teflon

This process is a newly and highly technical development made specifically to aid in the release of plastics from mold components.

This plating is nickel based and includes Teflon and many other proprietary polymers and chemicals. With this make-up, it not only aids in lowering the coeffiecient of friction, but gives the customer an even deposition of plating with enhanced corrosion protection.
