Because of the variety we offer in the machining & metal
finishing areas, Products Finishing also acts as an extension of our
customers' maintenance facilities.
We specialize in rebuilding & the repairing of rolls back to their
original specifications.
Our in-house capabilities to pregrind, plate and final grind products
or components of manufacturing equipment to exact customer specifications
allows us to offer superior service at competitive prices. Even very
large repair and salvage projects are possible, with cylindrical grinders
up to 20" diameter and 120" lengths, as well as centerless
grinders to 3" diameters and internal grinders to 12".
Our extraordinary grinding facitilies, coupled with complete plating
and polishing capabilities, can save you one half to two thirds of the
costs to replace the original products or components. Bearing surfaces,
hydraulic components and pump shafts are just a few items repaired and
salvaged for our customers.
